I had my bathroom skylight replaced for a second time at SR RV. Both times they were cracked. The first time it was replaced Sergio was not there. When I took it in the second time Sergio the service manager got up on the roof himself. We were going to replace the chalking and found the crack. Sergio went with an upgraded skylight and had it installed the next day. The amount of chalking they used was twice the amount of last time. Sergio and his time take care of the customer. We can not thank the Santa Rosa RV Service enough. Sergio was very informative in answering all our questions. When it comes to service, Sergio made sure that all repairs were done well. We also appreciated the way Mike treated us when we came to look for a trailer. He created a comfortable atmosphere. Mike made the buying of our trailer very pleasant and smooth.

We purchased our 2022 GeoPro from Santa ROSA RV. Highly recommend the staff. When our trailer needed servicing we took it back to Santa Rosa RV. The service was excellent and Sergio kept us well informed about any issues. Highly recommend.

We purchased our Rockwood Mini Lite 2511s in March 2024. We spent a lot of time searching for this trailer at several dealerships, and received multiple quotes. We received a quote from Santa Rosa RV for the trailer and our trade in that we felt was a good deal. After talking with our salesman on the phone several times, we reached a deal, and agreed on a final price. The process was straight forward, and everything that we agreed to on the phone was what we got when we arrived at the dealership. After taking our trailer out for our shakedown trip, we found some minor issues that we needed addresses. We set up a service appointment for the next month. The problems were fixed, and the trailer was ready for pick up when promised. We appreciate that Santa Rosa RV does what they tell you they will without the run around that we have had with other dealerships. We also really appreciate the quality of our Rockwood trailer.

Ian was a gracious salesman and Jordan was outstanding during the walk-through and training for our 2024 Forest River Rockwood Signature trailer. We are looking forward to using it on our camping property!
